{payment} - Foosie Design accepts payment through Etsy.com via PayPal, allowing you to pay instantly with your credit card using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal is a quick, easy and secure process and you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. We'd also be happy to process your credit card over the phone by calling our customer service line {541.513.0485}. Phone payments are processed through safe and secure Propay.

{proofing} - The last thing that we want is to hold up your planning or burden your budget with costly reprints. Please proof your wedding invitations, birth announcements, and holiday cards. Foosie Design is not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, and mistakes approved by the client during the proofing process. A complimentary proof will be provided when the order is placed. Each additional round of proofs will be $15.

{production turn-around time} - The production turnaround time for a standard Foosie Design order is 5-7 business days (not including proofing or shipping time). For custom or high-quantity orders, the production turnaround time is 7-10 business days. If an expedited turnaround time is desire, please see below for more information on our RUSH Service option.

{rush service} - If time is not on your side, Foosie Design offers a RUSH Service for your stationery orders. The production turnaround time for a standard Foosie Design order is 5-7 business days (not including shipping time). Foosie Design can RUSH your order with an additional rush fee of 50% of the total order. This rush fee will ensure that your order will ship out 2 business days after your proofs are approved. The additional cost for the RUSH Service will be added to your invoice (as well as the cost for overnight shipping) and will be due in full before the invitations ship.

{envelopes ahead} - If you're in a pinch to get your envelopes to your calligrapher or just want to get a head start on addressing, Foosie Design can ship your envelopes ahead of the rest of your order. For an additional $25 {plus shipping},  Foosie Design will box up your envelopes and ship them out to you before the rest of the order is even approved.    

{shipping} - For wedding invitations a flat rate of $20.00 will apply. For birth announcements and holiday cards a flat rate of $15.00 will apply. These rates apply to orders shipping via FedEx ground within the United States. If you wish to expedite your order or ship internationally we'd be happy to provide you with a custom shipping quote. Please note that Foosie Design ships from the West Coast and it can take up to 5 days for ground shipments to reach the East Coast. Please allow for shipping when figuring your desired delivery date. Foosie Design is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during the shipping process.

{returns} - Because of the personalized nature of Wedding Invitations, Birth Announcements, and Holiday Cards, Foosie Design does not accepts returns on any item. Please also note that deposits placed for wedding invitation orders are non-refundable.
