Foosie Design was founded in 2008 by Owner, Designer, {me} Erin LaFavor. My love for art and design started when I was very small, and my passion for fine art turned into a life long goal of finding a way to make it my livelihood. In college I majored in Graphic Design with a Fine Arts minor and later went back to school for Interior Design. I've worked in the bustling world of advertising in the New York City metro area as an Art Director, and served as Designer and Marketing Coordinator at a high-end stationery line in Seattle. Realizing that making pretty little things out of paper is really what makes my heart sing, I'm thrilled to have landed in the world of custom invitations and stationery with Foosie Design.

What I didn't expect when I entered this world, was the amazing excitement it would bring to be part of such special events in peoples lives. It gives me a tremendous amount of joy to work one on one with a bride or new mom, to create such special treats for such a special day!
